We are conveniently located near MRT stations and accessible by all 5 major MRT lines (Red,Purple and Green line ). Only 3 minutes from Bras Basah, 7 minutes from Bugis (Waterloo Street), 1 minute from Tanjong Pagar and  3 minutes from Lavender (French Road).

We are opened daily from 9.00 am to 10.pm. Ending later is alright as user is required to lockup the rooms themselves.

You can whats app us 8157 6190 or call for a no-obligation viewing appointment. Kindly note that Viewing is strictly by appointment. We are more than happy to assist you with any queries you have.

Please click here and fill the booking request form. An invoice would be sent upon submission of form. Then all you need to do is make a payment and thethe booking will be confirmed immediately confirmed

As a guide, for weekdays 2 weeks ahead, weekends 1 month ahead

Once the room is booked and paid cancellation is not allowed. If you need time to be sure yet need a room you can do Soft booking/Pencil Booking

What is pencil booking?2019-10-21T10:18:56+00:00

Pencil booking is the marking a date that you are interested in, we would pencil book for you and call you if someone wants the same slot. No deposit is required for pencil booking, The Pencil Booking is automatically released two weeks from the actual date. Users are only allowed to pencil book one room but different dates time

Deposit is not required, Ful payment is required to book the room. However if consuming food or dealing with art materials etc cleaning deposit will be required.

Can I bring food and drinks etc. into the room?2019-11-04T04:53:18+00:00

Food and Beverage are generally not allowed except for plain water and sandwiches for carpeted room. Tables can be setup to consume food outside. For non carpeted rooms, eating inside is ok For non-carpeted venue (Lavender/ Meeting rooms) consuming food and drinks is alright but the room has to be returned cleaned up.

Yes for Training room 3/Lavender room,5 pcs per day free, Additional pieces at 50 cents per piece. Please make a request for a flip chart in advance.

For hourly bookings 10 mins early if no one is using For full day setup, 30 mins early, We will give you the password, staff will be at office at 8.45am

For Larger rooms Training room 2/3/Lavender/PS100 for smaller rooms we use a large screen tv with HDMI input. For VGA please check with us.

Yes we do provide cable for VGA and HDMI

The projector and TV is able to project sound via HDMI, if you require a speaker, it can be prepared upon request.

Yes we can borrow a mic system for $30 charge. The 04-35 room is very squarish.

What if i want to have food catering such as morning/ afternoon tea-break for my audience?2019-11-04T05:39:56+00:00

We allow the event organiser to use the space outside the training venue to set up tables/small platforms to hold light tea break buffet for your participants.
